Standard Point Location Code (SPLC)
SPLC Online is the online replacement for the Continental Directory of Standard
Point Location Codes (SPLC), NMF 02, that was published in print form from 1966
through 2009. SPLC Online offers the user the ability to look up locations in the
United States, Canada and Mexico that originate or receive transportation by point
